The remains of a possible homestead moat, situated on a low rise to the east of a pasture field known locally as Moat Field. It comprises an L-shaped dry depression, c 10.0m wide and 1.5m deep; there is no evidence either on the ground or on APs to suggest that the depression continued to form a moated enclosure The farmer reports finding pieces of "worked stone", but no finds were made during field investigation (S3).
