Full Description
1989: Scatter of Med & LMed metalwork found metal detecting by (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s) includes:- shield shaped decorative stud with 3 lions rampant (Royal Coat of Arms) - drawn; purse frame fragment - LMed; chape; chafing dish handle (LMed/C16); decorative fitting (?EMed/EPMed); seal matrix, facetted cone shaped with small suspension loop, squirrel in centre - ?PPI, triangle, GS, triangle, .1.; pilgrim's ampulla, scallop shell shaped, broken with arrow motif; 7 long cross pennies, 4 of Edward, 3 of Henricus (not seen)(S1).
