Scatter of pottery, mainly grey wares plus a couple of colour-coated sherds (?Colchester & Nene Valley?, C2), one shell gritted and one ? Much Hadham, range roughly C2 - early C4? Also a few floor tile fragments.

Full Description

Scatter of pottery, mainly grey wares plus a couple of colour-coated sherds (?Colchester & Nene Valley?, C2), one shell gritted and one ? Much Hadham, range roughly C2 - early C4? Also a few floor tile fragments. Found fieldwalking (S1).
1996: Metal detected and surface finds include 7 coins, 2 sherds samian (Trajanic and Antonine) from central Gaul, 1 sherd greyware (C3/C4). Details in (S2).
