Full Description
Small post mill with two storey roundhouse, built in 1830. It ceased work by wind in 1938 and was demolished in 1964. The roundhouse remains, converted into a house. The fan carriage and part of the ladder remain as an external staircase. There were four patent sails, two pairs of stones in the head and a fantail (S1).
First mapped 1837, buck dismantled circa 1967 according to Flint (S2).
