Full Description

`Bed crackled flint' marked in area roughly delineated on 1:2500 map in circa 1976 by Jack King on NE edge of low area (S1). ?Representing area of former finds by Jack King & members of Mildenhall Archaeological Society.
Site destroyed by creation of second (see entry for MNL 357) large pond/water feature in 2007. Spoil examined but no trace of any archaeology (a few animal bones) so possibly survives just to S or E of excavations?)(S2).
For another burnt flint patch on same field - see MNL 357 (also now destroyed).
