Full Description

January 1992: scatter of heavily burnt flints (see Un) and Med sherds found over circa 30m (x5m) length of proposed pipeline route during fieldwalking assessment. Adjacent to (and under?) adjoining rough ground to E & rough ground fronting lane. Good visibility. Med finds from site listed as 6 rims, 1 base, 32 body sherds Med coarseware (C13-C14)(S1).
Excavation recommended.
