Description
Monitoring on the water mains replacement between the pumping station in Combs and Jack's Lane in Great Finborough. Initital survey work located two Medieval pottery scatters which appear to small Medieval settlement sites of the 13th and 14th centuries. However, due to technical reasons the pipeline was re-routed around both of the sites and neither was excavated.
