Full Description

Large amount of pottery from late C12 to C18, ?Henry VIII groat, Elizabeth I sixpence and Nuremberg tokens from in and around Cocks Hill. Cocks Hill is existing C16 timber framed house, possibly on moated site (see Med)(S1). March 1998: Monitoring of groundworks located three recent PMed features. Details in (S2).
