Full Description

January 1990: Site (4) identified during fieldwalking assessment of proposed by-pass route. Described as fairly dense, circa 50m square, Med pottery scatter. Further details in (S1).
Documentary survey undertaken for the Sudbury Western Bypass indicated that the original settlement of Brundon could lie between the Church and the Hall, possibly associated with this medieval pottery scatter (S2).
