Full Description

Small scatter of handmade ESax pottery and MSax Ipswich ware (S1). Further small groups of possible ESax and MSax sherds found in 1995, 1996 & 1997 (S2).
Further finds 1998 & 1999, scatter now joins up with the WNT 016 area, but the main concentration of material is in the WNT 017 area. A sharp scarp on the north side of the field, adjacent to Ipswich Road may be associated with the former brick works on the other side of Ipswich Road (see DBN 106)(S3).
