Full Description

1994? Scatter of worked flint observed in rear garden, probably extending beyond. Mainly flakes, some blades (mostly broken) and one oval scraper, 4.3cms by 4.0cms in medium to dark grey flint (S1). Possibly no more than general Breckland `background scatter'.

Descriptions of flint finds are broad, dating to a specific period bracket is ill-advised. However, they may be later Prehistoric, based on details of discovery. Blades suggest at least Upper Palaeolithic or younger, (S2).

Formerly recorded as IKL MISC
