Full Description
All Saints Church (rectory), Great Worlingham. Domesday Book : Lands of the King : Werlingaham 2 churches with 40 acres worth 6s (R1). The second church is thought to either St Peter's, Little Worlingham (see NHC 004 CRN 01545) or St Boltoph's, North Cove (See NHC 005) (S2).
Structure : chancel, S chapel, nave, N porch, W tower. Date mostly 1608 with Decorated and Perpendicular remains. Position in centre of parish.
Other churches : St Peter's, Worlingham Parva, long destroyed. (See N Cove 003 CRN 01544). Endgate Church in ruins (SW parish Hodskinson 1783 or is this Ingate Beccles?) (S1).
