Full Description
1994: Metal detector (?) finds by (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s) of gold stater and bronze terret ring. Stater of Late Whaddon Chase type (Mack 140), Trinovantian of C1 BC. Details in (S1). The terret ring is complete with three enamel (blue and red(?)) decorative rectangular plaques on sides and top. C1 AD. Details in (S1) and drawing in parish file. Photographs of both objects (S2).
