Full Description
1995: Fieldwalking and metal detecting survey by Lowestoft Archaeological and Local History Society Field Group, by `casual line-walk'. Finds from field 61 listed as a Sarson hammerstone, two flakes and one core (all unpatinated), a thick light brown body sherd with several quartz grit (Undated), 4 Med sherds, 2 (Med?) brick fragments and a PMed clay pipe bowl. Also `Scalding in parts' of field (burnt areas?).
Descriptions of flint finds are broad, dating to a specific period bracket is ill-advised. However, they may be later Prehistoric, based on details of discovery, (S2).
