Full Description
Excavation on site of extension to West Stow Visitor Centre. Directed by S E West, field-work by Alan Armer 1997.
The report and plan indicate that in two places small areas of plough marks were identified (S2).
2006: in contradiction to the report, Alan Armer reports (verbally) that a number of prehistoric ditches (and possibly some medieval ridge and furrow) was found during the excavation (S1).
