Full Description

Large subrectangular moat surrounding woodland, with entrance to north. Appears to be sub manor between Norton Hall (to west) and Hardings Farm, NRN 002 (to east). Said now to consist of deep ditch with internal bank. Shown on enclosure map of 1814 (S1).
