Full Description

1988: At the junction of Norwich Road and Valley Road some 1500m from 'medieval Ipswich'. Large re-used fragments of Roman tegula and imbrex tiles were found showing a possible high status site of 11th to 13th century date. In association with septaria rubble and Medieval pottery (S1).
