Full Description

2000/2001: Monitoring of works revealed a single pit containing a sherd of Early Saxon pottery. This feature was within c.100m of the rich Anglo-Saxon cemetery found during the construction of the car park for the Federal warehouse. No other finds or features of archaeological interest were revealed (S1).
