Full Description
Irregular oval cropmark, possibly enclosure approx 80x60m. West side a[ppears to correspond with existing field boundary (S1). Possibly cropmark of a large mineral extraction pit- note smaller (pit?) marked on 1884 OS map.
2016: Lidar clearly shows this is an extraction pit.
