Full Description

June/July 2003: IA and Roman finds and features located in 5 'big dig' trenches opened and excavated by (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s) and in excess of 50 volunteers on land adjoining, and to the rear of, farmhouse. All produced BA-IA finds, mainly pottery and flints but including one post hole and possible intact subsoil. Also Rom. In area of FRK 071, FRK 042 and FRK 034. S1
