Full Description

1989: Fieldwalking in advance of proposed golf course revealed small prehistoric scatter and general scatter over fieldwalked area. General spread of flakes, cores, scrapers and such like as well as small scatter around TM24783819. Also possible small Iron Age pottery scatter around TM 250385 as well as occasional scattered sherds, (S1).

Descriptions of flint finds are broad, dating to a specific period bracket is ill-advised. However, they may be later Prehistoric, based on details of discovery, (S2).
