Summary

A group of undated mounds are seen as earthworks on visualised lidar data. The mounds most likely relate to modern or natural features. One of the mounds has previously been recorded from a field visit and has previously been suggested to possibly relate to a round barrow; however this is unlikely.

Full Description

Gentle mound, circa 0.4m high by 15m diameter, possibly a round barrow or natural (S1).

September 2019. Breckland National Mapping Programme.
A group of undated mounds are seen as earthworks on visualised lidar data (S2). The mounds most likely relate to modern or natural features. One of the mounds has previously been recorded from a field visit (see above) and has previously been suggested to possibly relate to a bronze age round barrow; however this is unlikely.
