Full Description

Earthworks, possible field boundaries, visible on AP's and still extant 2006 (S1).

October 2015. Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty National Mapping Programme.
An area of earthworks, which are likely to represent a post medieval or earlier field system (S1) are visible on aerial photographs (S2)-(S13) on land on Upper Hollesley Common. They are still visible in part on Lidar images (S14)
Two areas of possible cultivation ridges were also visible within the area (at TM 3454 4592 and TM 3486 4614), and these have been mapped as extent of area.
