Full Description
A NW- SE alignment of worked timber piles forming a probable trackway across marshland adjacent to the River Waveney. Main phase dendro dated to Spring 75BC. Other dates, including earlier phase, to follow (S1 S3).
Possibly leads to potential IA fort at Boney's Island (BCC 023). Roman pottery finds associated.
