Full Description
Finds from area of metal detecting rallies (Anglia Historical Searchers 'Club Days Out' in Jan/Feb, Aug/Sept & ?March/April 2006) include 1 sherd fine sandy Ipswich Ware & 2 pin fragments - 1 with ring & dot décor on head with slight collar, the other with head with cut-off corners, decorated with silver niello wire. Details in (S1) and Portable Antiquities Database? Photos held by NWHCM. Findspots precise to centre of field only.
Also note Saxon dress hook (MDM 098) & hooked tag (MDM 091) from same field.
