Full Description

Pottery including sherd of pottery with rim 30.4cm in diameter, flakes and fire crackled flints found in sewage trench. Occupation visible for about 3.5m, 2m below present ground surface. It consisted of a layer of logs, sticks and stones 1/2m thick in places, with traces of burning (CPS Tilbury Limited per (see 'Not to be published on web' tab for finder/s and/or findspot/s)) (S1).
