Full Description
Small sub-triangular green at west end of Rectory Road - originally probably much larger. Mapped as extending much further east, with buildings on N & S sides (some still survive as Listed Buildings) and named 'Green' by Hodskinson (S1).
Precise modern mapping to correlate with Hodskinson difficult and partly guesswork. Needs checking with other early mapping such as tithe map etc.
