Full Description
Event: survey and partial excavation of Saxon fish trap post alignments and Medieval semi-circular structure (see ARW 039). Various other posts/structures(?) were recorded as well.
Fish trap posts gave 10 calibrated radiocarbon dates between 530 and 800 AD. A semi-circular post structure nearby gave 2 calibrated dates of between 1430 and 1485 AD (S1). Details to follow.
