Full Description

Relatively intense surface scatter of flint implements along forest ride - mixture of unpatinated and patinated - possibly Post Medieval and prehistoric. HBSMR mapping along ride only - extent of scatter within adjoining plantations unknown (S1).
Note: circa 1 Km from Pmed flint mines to SE (see BRD 142).
Includes area of findspot of Neolithic axehead (BRD 148).
