Full Description
Monitoring of groundworks associated with the renovation and extension of the care home. A number of post-medieval archaeological features were recorded, including boundary ditches, pits and a single post hole. No further burials were revealed to add to the graves found during work on the site in the 1970's. Finds from the medieval and post-medieval periods were recovered during the fieldwork (S1).
