Full Description
Evaluation trenches at The Old Rectory, Claydon, was carried out in order to investigate the archaeological potential of the site. Two undated features were recorded, a shallow ditch and a small post hole, both of which were sealed by c.1m of overburden. A single sherd of medieval pottery was recovered from the subsoil (S1).
