Full Description

Cross Green, Cockfield. Small, sub-triangular (medieval?) green to W of Pepper's Hall (COK 004). Not mapped or named by Hodskinson 1783 but small and surrounded by properties on his map (S1) - many of these now Listed. Medieval date suggested by village historian (S2).
