Monitoring of groundworks revealed a NNW-SSE aligned post-medieval drainage ditch that ran into a larger ditch running parallel to the existing road aligned E-W (S1).

Included in the Proceedings of the Suffolk Institute of Archaeology and History annual round up of individual finds and discoveries for 2005 (S2).
