Full Description

95 fragments of 13th-14th cenury pottery, including Hollesley-type ware and glazed wares, were recovered from an evaluation inside the Outer Bailey at Framlingham Castle. A few sherds of Yarmouth-type ware dating to the 11th-12th century and a fragment of Orange Shelly Eare (12th-13th century) were also recovered (S1).
