Full Description

Examination of newly stripped area identified an apparent north-south aligned palaeochannel which was c1.90m deep and nearly 10m wide. No finds were recovered. However, to aid in dating the feature a small branch sample was submitted for radiocarbon dating and gave a result of 140+/-50 AD. (S1)
