Full Description
January 2015. Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Beauty National Mapping Programme.
Undated linear and curvilinear cropmarks of field boundaries and possible trackways as well as some possible pits are visible on aerial photographs (S1-S5) on land to the south of Lodge Road, Walberswick. They are visible only faintly, and in different ways, on a variety of aerial photographs, and it was difficult to distinguish the archaeological features from the underlying geological marks in places.
E. Ford (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 22nd January 2015.
