Full Description
During the Monitoring on the three new blocks of houses on the site relatively little of archaeological interest was recorded with the lack of finds indicating that this site was not used for domestic settlment during the Medieval period. However two features were recorded close to the eastern end of the site. One of these features was a pit of unknown date while the other was a ditch on a North-South alignment which may mark the boundary line between properties fronting onto the nearby green. This latter feature was also undated as no finds were recovered from it's fill.
