Full Description

March 2015. Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty National Mapping Programme.
Undated fragmentary linear ditches are visible as faint cropmarks on land to the north of South Warren golf course, Aldeburgh. Not only are the cropmarks very faint and ephemeral, they are only visible on one set of photographs (S1), along with many geological and some possibly agricultural marks, and it was therefore difficult to be certain of the nature and extent of the archaeological features.
E. Ford (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 4th March 2015.
