Full Description
2016: Monitoring of footing trenches revealed a single ditch containing 15th/16th century pottery sherds, a possible medieval brick, and a fragment of 17th century roof tile. A pit containing 16th century and 17th-19th century pottery was also recorded and is likely to either slightly pre-date or be contemproary with the construction of 19th century structures at the site (S1).
