Full Description
Ring ditch/circular enclosure, circa 40m in diameter, adjacent Bucklesham 12 complex (S1).
Strip of burnt flints circa 18m long observed at edge of by-pass roadworks in this vicinity, 1982 - see parish file.
A ring ditch, probably the remains of a Bronze Age round Barrow, can be seen as a cropmark circa 100 metres to the west of the A12 in Foxhall parish. The ditch is slightly irregular in width, varying between 1.5 and 2.5 metres wide, enclosing a roughly circular area with a diameter of circa 25 metres. (S3)
