Full Description

A brick-lined soakaway was observed as well as a large, deep pit in the southern trench section. Whilst no finds were recovered from the sterile topsoil-like fill, it had the appearance of a fairly modern pit feature, perhaps associated with construction of the air raid shelter which survives in the garden (S1).
