Full Description

Burial Ground illustrated on Tithe Map 1848, St Margaret's. Tithe apportionment states: Landowner: Hutchinson, William and others Occupier: Hovell, Alexander and others, Description: Burial Ground (S1).

3 Human skeletons lying E/W at depth of about 5ft. Found during erection of flats. Site also marked as burial ground in sketch probably of early 19 century amongst Foreman papers in Record Office x 1/8/2 10. (S2).
