Summary

A group of buildings dating to the First World War use of Elveden Park and estate village are visible on historic maps and aerial photographs. The Elveden Conservation Character Area report indicates that some of this group of buildings are clad in green painted corrugated iron and built before 1925. Although one of these has timber and weather board additions that it thought to be a Second World War addition indicating that the structures were incorporated into the Second World War military camp (ELV 098).

A group of buildings dating to the First World War use of Elveden Park and estate village are visible on historic maps (S1) and aerial photographs (S2). The Elveden Conservation Character Area report (S3) indicates that some of this group of buildings are clad in green painted corrugated iron and built before 1925 (S1) One has timber and weather board additions that are thought to be a Second World War addition (S3) indicating that the structures were incorporated into the Second World War military camp (ELV 098).
