Full Description
2019: 10 trenches were excavated at Land east of Priory Road, Palgrave. Two undated perpendicular linear features were identified in the southeast area of the site and were thought to be contemporary. In addition, a possible modern quarry pit was located in this area although no finds were recovered. A backfilled modern pond was identified in the northwest area of the site. No finds were recovered. Trenches werec excavated to a depth of 0.40-0.65m (S1).
