Monument record ELV 186 - Possible post medieval boundary banks.

Please read our .

Summary

Two banks of a possible post medieval date are seen as earthworks (which have since been levelled) on aerial photographs. The sections of bank most likely relate to post medieval field boundaries not mapped on the Frist Edition Ordnance Survey map. It is also possible that the bank features may possibly be a product of modern agriculture. The banks can be seen as earthworks in the 1940s and have been levelled by the 1950s.
