Full Description
Archaeological evaluation identified a thick peat deposit which was recorded that varied from 0.5m to 3.5m in thickness and was covered by alluvial clay 0.3m thick. Several post medieval ditches and a line of postholes were recorded cutting the upper clay deposit. No archaeological deposits or finds associated with the peat layer were identified (S1).
