St Mary's Well (NAT)

Said to have healing powers, but there is no authentic information available as to whether it is consecrated. (1-2)

St Mary's Well (name verified), a spring lined with flint blocks, forming a mud-filled depression 3.0m in diameter and 0.4m deep. There was no flow at the time of investigation. No tradition regarding its healing powers was discovered locally.
