Full Description

`The ADVENTURE, Horsmer, from Petersburg to Galway, was drove on shore at Leostoffe, and the people, except the captain, are drowned; but in hopes of saving part of the cargo.' (1)(2)

An account from Yarmouth dated the 18th describes several vessels as being driven on shore the previous night. (3)
