Full Description

A large, approximately square, enclosure. Good topographic position overlooking the Stour valley at the top of a steep slope. Very large banks on its S and W boundaries. Lower surviving banks to E and N. Possible rounded corners in SW and NE. Possibly more than one bank and ditch along eastern edge. Internal dimensions approximately 95m x 90m.
Banks in excess of 2m observerd on Site visit to trenching S and E of site, with AM, on 06/04/22 KB.
