Full Description

Large linear earthwork bank, running NE-SW, approcimately parallel to a dry valley. Feature is over 1km in length and over 20m wide. Not on OS 1st ed. Totally different alignment to the modern field systems. May be of significance that scatters of prehistoric and Roman artefacts have been identified close to its northern extent. A second similar earthwork (WLY 037) is visible roughly 960m NW.
